The BANDAI NAMCO Games America support team will be unavailable during the following times in observance of the Christmas and New Year's Holidays.

December 24th, 2014 through January 4th, 2015

The BANDAI NAMCO Games America support team will return to the office on January 5th, 2015 to answer any contacts that may have come in over the break in the order they were submitted/received. There may be some minor delays in response times during this period (as such we recommend that customers not submit multiple emails as it will only increase the delay in response time).
